I have flashplayer but I am still experiencing problems, what could be the problem?
We recommend to use Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 7 to view our online content, the site is optimized for these two most stable and secure browsers. If you are using these browsers you should try to empty your browser's cached files.
How do I empty my cached files?
In Firefox you can do this by accessing 'Tools' menu, then select 'Clear Private data' option, and make sure that only the cached files are selected. In Explorer you can do this by accessing your browser's 'Tools' menu, then select 'Internet Options', you will see the 'General' window popping up, there simply hit on 'Delete' and when it asks, just click on the 'Delete Temporary Internet files'.

Please click on the little WebCam icon visible there, and from the drop-down list, please select 'FireWire' or 'USB' as your source. Just under this drop-down list you should see an image of the webcamera, if you click on it you should see your own camera feed. Please make sure when you are setting your WebCams' source that no other application is using already your WebCam and that at the Privacy menu you have allowed access to your camera or you will get a blank screen.
I have not received the show that I was promised by the Model, what can I do?
